Oxford’s original music festival, Truck, confirms that for 2016 the event will expand to three days for 2016. Expanding to three days across the weekend of Friday 15th until Sunday 17th July at the Hill Farm site.

Showcasing the best new and local bands alongside established favorites in one of the most beautiful festival settings in the UK.

Headliners of this years festival are Manic Street Preachers, Kodaline and Catfish And The Bottlemen

Across Truck’s 7 stages additional acts are plentiful and varied as Jurassic 5, Mystery Jets, Circa Waves, Jack Savoretti, Young Fathers, SOAK, Blossoms, Coasts, Swim Deep, IAN (a set with a secret), Clean Cut Kid, Eliza And The Bear + many more. FULL LINE UP BELOW

This year will see the introduction of a brand new stage, The Nest, to showcase the heavier bands on the line up including Neck Deep, Moose BloodLonely The BraveCreeper, We Are The Ocean, Gnarwolves + more

There are a number of bars on site, as well as The Truck Stop bar (main bar), there are bars situated in The Pirate Bar and The Saloon Bar. There is an impressive variety of ales available at each bar. There is also a cocktail bar as well as a food tent dedicated to charity run stalls. Late night entertainment comes in the form of a silent disco and various other offerings such as DJ sets hosted on the smaller stages.

Getting to the festival – Didcot Parkway Station is on the First Great Western Line and you can get there direct from Reading, London, Bristol, South Wales, Birmingham and The North. There are then connecting busses to the site. All bus info can be found here.
