Radiohead Set To Be Announced For Glastonbury Festival

Glastonbury Festival look set to announce Radiohead over the coming days.  A bear resembling Radiohead’s promotional logo has been marked out on the grass very close to the Pyramid stage. They have long been rumoured to be topping the main stage at next years festival, now the cat seems well and truly out of the bag.

UPDATE: Radiohead now officially confirmed for Glastonbury Festival – Friday 23 June 2017

Glastonbury 2017 will take place 21st-25th June, 2017 at Worthy Farm, Pilton.

Radiohead have twice headlined the festival in 1997 and 2003, as well as played “secret sets” in 2010 and 2011.  The headline performance next year will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their seminal 1997 Pyramid slot.

Tickets have already sold out. But there is always the resale of unwanted tickets in Spring, as well as the opportunity to work the festival for a number of charities and companies. Unpaid and paid opportunities are available with different shift patterns and chances to experience the festival.

For those who have secured a ticket for Glastonbury 2017, bookings for caravan/campervan tickets, onsite tipis and the Worthy View pre-erected campsite will open at 12 noon on Thursday, 27th October.

Other acts likely to appear on the line up include The Stone Roses and Ed Sheeran
