Update: Second date added

After their historic show at Leicester’s Victoria Park in 2014, Kasabian are set to return to their hometown for a massive headline show at the King Power Stadium on Saturday 28 May 2016.

Currently holed up in a studio recording their sixth LP, vocalist Tom Meighan, guitarist and songwriter Serge Pizzorno, bassist Chris Edwards and drummer Ian Matthews will play the home of their beloved Leicester City FC in May. It will be the first time the band have played in the UK since their headline set at V Festival in 2015.

Serge Pizzorno says: ‘This has been an unbelievable year for the city and it seemed like the perfect thing to do this summer. We cannot wait to throw the city the greatest party they have ever seen.”

Kasabian play:

Sat 28 May 2016 – LEICESTER, King Power Stadium
Sun 29 May 2016 – LEICESTER, King Power Stadium
