London’s Citadel Festival have announced the first acts on its line-up for 2019. Following a move its new location Gunnersbury Park last year, the festival returns on Sunday on 14th July.
Headlining this year’s festival will be Catfish and the Bottlemen, who release their new album The Balance in April. Other standout acts playing include Rag’n’Bone Man, Friendly Fires, Bear’s Den, Matt Corby, DMA’S, Honeyblood, Dream Wife and Fontaines D.C. Full line up can be found below.

Alongside the extensive musical offerings, Citadel is delighted to present a wide range of cultural and educational experiences. Returning to the festival this year, the Science Museum in the Science Camp alongside Guerilla Science running a series of experiences, including ‘Astronaut Yoga’ with the UK Space Agency, ‘Delve Inside Your Cosmic Lunchbox’ and ‘The Really Weird Space Facts Quiz’.
Sunday Papers Live returns with a comedy special, while the Roundhouse presents a Street Arts and Spoken Word stage.
The Independent Fashion Market will be curated by the northern, vintage clothing pop up party Garmhaus. If workouts and wellbeing is more your thing than bands and cider, London based yoga studio Stretch will be running Mass Park Yoga, while the Spandex Stage will host fun and fitness workouts with FRAME alongside sports games and roaming massages.
A selection of London’s best food and drink will be provided by Patty & Bun, Other Side Fried, Cheeky Burger, The Piadina Project, Guasacaca, Anna Mae’s, Only Jerkin’, Tiger Bites, Zouk, Yorkshire Burrito, Buddha Bowls and much more.
